Product Description

A full size 75 Gallon Per Day Reverse Osmosis system with Deionisation stage which is ideal for aquariums, window cleaning and car washing. Now with Free pressure gauge as standard.

This full size system has superior pre-filtration due to its large 10inch filters and also includes a membrane flush system which reduces membrane fouling thereby extending life.

This RO system will remove upto 99% of tap water contaminants.

The Osmotics RO system includes:-

  • 1 x 75 US gallon per day membrane
  • 1 x 5 micron Sediment Pre-filter
  • 1 x Carbon Block Pre-filter
  • 1 x 330ml Refillable Deionisation Post Filter (resin included for 2 fills)
  • 1 x Feed Water Clamp
  • 1 x Waste Water Clamp
  • 1 x Filter Housing Wrench
  • 2 Metres of Red Tubing
  • 2 Metres of Green Tubing
  • 2 Metres of Blue Tubing
  • 1 x Membrane Flush Kit *
  • 1 x Pressure Gauge

  • * Using the flush valve regularly increases membrane life.

All Osmotics Reverse Osmosis Systems are shipped fully assembled complete with comprehensive instruction manuals and have the added benefit of email support round the clock.

The effectiveness and productivity of RO systems increases with greater water pressure and temperature. The actual flow rate (in GPD) of any reverse osmosis system depends on your home water pressure and temperature.

While manufacturers state that 60 psi is required at the membrane for full production, we know that not everyone's cold water is at 60 psi and 77 degrees F therefore, we remind you that you might get less than 75 GPD, perhaps 50% or even less if your pressure and temperature are very low!

So when flow rate is critical for you, you need to consider all these factors.

All RO units should have their prefilters changed every 6 months or 2500gallons throughput, whichever comes sooner. The prefilters protect the membrane from sediment and chlorine which will damage the most expensive element. The filter replacement kit for this unit can be ordered from <here>

The Deionisation stage may need refilling more regularly than the prefilters, it depends entirely on how your unit is performing and how much water you produce. Loose Deionisation Resin for this unit can be ordered from the <here> in 1,5,10 and 25 litre quantities.

I contacted three RO suppliers regarding Chloramine removal and Osmotics was the only one who replied and provided a solution with the Pentek filter. All my questions were answered asap and this unit after following the instructions produced zero TDS straight away. Best customer service and a damn good product.

    3. Great option for portable R O system – Rating 5

Great price for a neat and well built system. I wanted mine to be portable as I don't have much room under the sink so I ordered 3 ball valves and a gargen tap connector with it and now I can make my water outside if I want and pack it away in minutes when not in use.
Easy to set up. Easier if you search osmotics on you tube and just follow the set up video. It only took me 20 minutes and i'm technically challlenged!

Received order the following morning, very pleased with delivery time, however the package had been opened and one of the Membrane was missing. Quick email and it was delivered the next day.
Setting up was a breeze and we had it up and running in minutes.

Overall a top quality product from an excellent retailer!

Brought this to make water for marine aquarium and had for a while now. Follow the instructions that come with it and you can't go wrong, well made and does what it says on the tin creating great RO water to use. Membrane lasted for ages before I needed to change it.

    What is Reverse Osmosis?

Reverse osmosis (RO) is a filtration method that removes many types of large molecules and ions from solutions by applying pressure to the solution when it is on one side of a selective membrane. The result is that the solute is retained on the pressurized side of the membrane and the pure solvent is allowed to pass to the other side.

Reverse osmosis is most commonly known for its use in drinking water purification from seawater, removing the salt and other substances from the water molecules.
