A full size 36 Gallon Per Day Reverse Osmosis system with Deionisation stage which is ideal for aquariums, window cleaning, car washing and many more applications requiring ultra-pure water. Now with Free pressure gauge as standard.
This full size system has superior pre-filtration due to its large 10inch filters and also includes a membrane flush system which reduces membrane fouling thereby extending life.
This RO system will remove almost 100% of tap water contaminants due to the additional full size deionisation stage.
The Osmotics RO system includes:-
* Using the flush valve regularly increases membrane life.
All Osmotics Reverse Osmosis Systems are shipped fully assembled complete with comprehensive instruction manuals.
The effectiveness and productivity of RO systems increases with greater water pressure and temperature. The actual flow rate (in GPD) of any reverse osmosis system depends on your home water pressure and temperature.
While manufacturers state that 60 psi is required at the membrane for full production, we know that not everyone's cold water is at 60 psi and 77 degrees F therefore, we remind you that you might get less than 50 GPD, perhaps 50% or even less if your pressure and temperature are very low!
So when flow rate is critical for you, you need to consider all these factors.
All RO units should have their prefilters changed every 6 months or 2500gallons throughput, whichever comes sooner. The prefilters protect the membrane from sediment and chlorine which will damage the most expensive element. The filter replacement kit for this unit can be ordered from <here>.
The Deionisation stage may need refilling more regularly than the prefilters, it depends entirely on how your unit is performing and how much water you produce. Loose Deionisation Resin for this unit can be ordered from the <here> in 1,5,10 and 25 litre quantities.

Very good unit that produces water with zero TDS. I had some problems initially with the set-up, but this was resolved as I could contact Osmotics directly - Mark was very quick to get back to me by email. The main problem was having low water pressure (I had no idea it was so low - only 15psi on the gauge!). I had to buy a booster pump from Osmotics and this resolved things brilliantly – now around 95psi. Takes a while to produce water, but that’s normal. I use the ‘waste’ water for the garden plants which are doing nicely too! Bought 3 inline ball valves as well, but these are still a bit fiddly when detaching the pipes after use. Overall, would definitely recommend this company and its products.

During researching which RO unit I needed for producing water for my marine aquarium, I got quick, good quality advice, which helped me decide on the unit. When I had a question about consumables after running the unit for a time, same again, quick reply, rapid supply of unit and consumables. Unit was easy to set up, and produces a reliable tds 0 supply with very little fuss. Has easily paid for itself in year 1, saves me a fortune in fuel running back & forth to LFS for average quality RO. Now I know what I'm putting in my aquarium at water change time

I recently bought this RO unit as I keep shrimp and had to finally admit that ro was the only way to go. After shopping around nd asking advice, I opted for this unit as it appeared to offer the best performance for a reasonable price. I emailed Osmotics a few questions before purchasing and they were answered almost by return, even though it was a Sunday. I went ahed with my purchase and it was delivered very quickly.
I had not thought enough about the connections I would need as I did not want to permenantly plumb the unit under a sink, but another quick email to the company and the connections I needed were delivered the next day. I have opted to attach the unit to an outside tap via a hosepipe and it works very well, while allowing me to move the unit to a different room if I want.
Instead of following the leaflet, I googled Osmotics ro unit and found a brilliant YouTube video which made setting it up very easy and I would certainly advise you to have a look at this yourself.
The ro water is perfect for my shrimp and the unit produces it faster that I had hoped as I bought the unit with the lowest output. I have a lot more berried females than when I was using ordinary water and can only put this down to using ro as nothing else has changed. Very glad I made my purchase and used this company as the service I received was excellent. Thank you

This is a top end piece of kit, for what I would say to be very little outlay from your wallet.
I'm not quite getting my 36 gallons per day yet, but that's down to my water pressure not being what is required for the unit. So I will be ordering a pump to assist this. This unit will have paid for itself within 6 weeks.
Instructions are clear to follow, and understand.
The service I received from Osmotics was 1st class also. Communication is the key to providing a 1st class service (in my opinion) I had to make some changes to my order and delivery address over the weekend. These guys emailed me back on a Sunday afternoon.
Osmotics provide top quality products with a 1st class service.

Very impressed with the unit and the service and advice received from Osmotics - the unit is solid and well made and would recommend to anyone - had an air lock to begin with but unscrewing the DI chamber slightly allowed it to fill with water (tighten when filled of course) and thus sorted the issue - troubleshooting section in the manual is excellent - easy to set up and a essential investment if you are serious about keeping marine fish/corals

Two years ago I put my reputation on the line. I had to replace an aging Elga laboratory Unit. I needed one in a hurry and Osmotics helped enormously. The unit came the next day and was easily installed. The TDS meter and float switch valve are good tools as well. In all this unit came in at under £200. It has give fantastic quality water ever since. Better than the Elga unit ever did. A Similar Unit from a scientific Supplier would have been in the order of £1000s. So thanks Osmotics for gaining me Brownie Points and Keeping Science Happy.

I normally just buy a cheap RO unit of EBay, but looking at the difference in my tank and a friend that uses an Osmotics RO unit, I decided to take the plunge. I have to say I wasn’t disappointed.
I ordered 12:30pm Thursday and it came the next day at 10:30am It was well packed with plenty of instructions.
Compared to the cheap ones I've been using you could tell just by the feel of it that its better quality. You got all the tools and every thing u need to plumb it in and make water right away.
You get what you pay for with this unit. It’s a lot bigger than my old one, which was a bonus because I fitted an auto cut off unit and a TDS meter so the extra size was helpful. I came with 3 different coloured lengths of pipe which made it a lot easier to work out what went where. Each outlet was marked with a sticker that made it so easy to pipe up. Once I made room for it under the sink it was just a case of plugging the right coloured pipes into there respective push fits.
You have to unwrap all the media and fit them your self into the filter chambers, I did this before I sighted it and wasn’t too much of a problem, but I was a bit disappointed with the DI resin refillable cartridge. The screw on end was a bit flimsy and there was foam that I wasn’t entirely sure were it went but I think I got it right. (TDS meter says I did)
A few tip I that found might help if you’re going to buy one.
a) Try to fit it under the draining board side of your sink if you’re putting it under your sink. I had to cut my shelf it get it in but that’s only because I had to fit it under the sink as my fitted bin uses the under draining board side.
b) Check that all the fittings are tight and ALL the push fits and pushed home, I had a few leaks when I tested it in the restrictor and flushing tap area.
All in all I was more than impressed with it, I’ve made 77ltr with it since yesterday and the water temp is 6°c at my cold tap. If I’d of had the money I think I would have bought the next flow rate up but I think in the summer it should speed up a bit.
Yes I would recommend to a friend and buy another if I needed to.
9/10 from me
