In order to produce water to the full capacity of the membrane it is necessary to supply the system with water at a high pressure. Domestic water supplies struggle to meet 35psi.
These Booster pumps will aid your RO system in producing water to its full capacity whilst minimising waste water and pay for themselves within weeks.
Comes as a complete package, including pump, fittings and transformer.
These pumps have the additional benefit of being self regulating, this prevents membrane damage due to overpressure causing membrane film stretch. This new version incorporates the self regulating mechanism within the pump head without the need for external tubing. Note this is our newest model with special anti-vibration feet for even quieter operation.
These pumps can be used for most Reverse Osmosis systems from 36 to 150GPD on an intermittent duty. *NOTE* This means that they should not be used for commercial applications such as window cleaning, commercial pumps are available, please ask. This pump should not be used for periods longer than 6 hours at a time, a 1 hour cooldown period between uses must be allowed. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in pump failure.
All Osmotics pumps and transformers are CE and RoHS certified for sale within the UK.

"My input psi was 25, took 2 days to make 25L... I got this pump. It was easy to connect up and took my psi to 100 and got 25L in just over an hour."

"I have had the 4 Stage 50 Gallon Per Day Reverse Osmosis System with DI for a couple of months and was quite happily producing RO at 3/4hrs for 25lts.. I came across a couple of posts about adding a booster pump to increase the flow and produce more water, I purchased the pump, replacement filters and resin which arrived next day, so really pleased with the turn around.. fitted the pump and boom, 25ltrs in just over an hour!!
You don't know what a difference this pump has made to my water production, it's now a pleasure to use the system and has cut down my water changes each week... don't hesitate to plump this into the system.,, 110psi of pure water power!"

"Could just about get 25psi from my tap water, this booster pump brought it up to 90-110psi, its much faster to produce ro water now. Definitely recommend "

"Before I bought this my ro unit was taking ages to produce water due to my 30 psi water source, now it is pumping at 75 psi and is producing 25 litres in 3 hours.

"Without the pump it was taking all day to produce 25 litres, with the pump it only takes a few hours"

"My mains pressure was around 50psi but with this pump it not only delivers the required pressure but ensures my system is operated at its optimum performance level. You need a High Pressure switch (sold separately) to ensure the pump is automatically switched off once your storage tanks are full. I also have the low pressure switch in case the mains fails."

"I have 30/35 psi mains water pressure. As I am using the RO unit to run a drinking water faucet, a pressurised tank and a remote top up reservoir which is located around 80 feet from the system you can imagine the problems such low water pressure can cause. My system would not auto shut even with the use of the Auto Shut Off Valve. The booster pump gives me 100 psi pressure and combined with a high pressure switch and several helpful emails from Osmotics to reset a complicated system, I must admit it is the best purchase I have made for the unit."

"Easy to use.. simple to fit. Before hand I was getting 30-40psi max on my RO unit and taking all day to produce what I needed for my tanks, with this it has reduced that time tenfold. As said, easy to fit, easy to use and the benefits will be seen on day one of use."
